IR 35 – More Confusion?

HMRC Debt rises again

According to an article by the accountants UHY Hacker Young, the level of debt owed to the taxman has risen by a further 40%. Having originally advised that the amount classed as irrecoverable was £4.5bn, this has now been increased to £6.3bn in the year to 31 March 2010. Continue reading

Office of Tax Simplification – is this a contradiction in terms?
